September 2011- We are officially a "waiting family".
April 2012- We receive an email with a request for our profile. We are one of six families being presented.
May 2012- We are in a match! Baby girl, due in June.
June 2012- Baby girl is born. Two days later the birth parents decided to parent.
September 2012- Another request for our profile. The birth parents choose another family.
December 2012- Another request for our profile. The birth parents choose another family.
April 2013- A request for our profile through a connection outside our agency. The birth mother chooses another family.
August 2013- Another request for our profile. The birth mother decides to parent.
September 2013- Another request for our profile. The birth parents choose another family.
October 2013- Another request for our profile.
November 1, 2013- We are in a match! Baby boy is due in December!
December 16, 2013- Nathan Joseph is born.
December 18, 2013- Nathan comes home with us.
December 19, 2013- Surrenders are signed!
January 28, 2014- Our court date.
Approximately June 2014- Adoption is scheduled to be finalized.
